What we collect
When you book a table or order from us, the third-party platforms we use (OpenTable for reservations, Toast for payments and gift cards) collect the information they need to process the booking or the order. We see only the information they share with us — your name, contact information, and what you ordered.
When you sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address and the date you signed up. We use both to send you the newsletter and to remove you from the list if you ask us to.
This site uses a small amount of analytics in production to count visits and understand which pages are useful. We do not use analytics that build a profile across other sites you visit.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your email address with anyone outside the team.
- We do not combine your newsletter sign-up with your reservation history.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete or correct information we hold about you, or to send you a copy of it. Write to hello@ancoramontecito.com and we'll respond within a week.
